Lifetime Warranty

At 18 Chic, we believe good quality jewelry should be made to last a life time!!! You should be able to wear your favorite jewelry everyday without worrying about them getting rusted, faded or tarnished.

We back this up with a Lifetime Warranty on all our pieces (see list of exclusions below).

If they rust, fade or tarnish, all you need to do is contact us and ship your jewelry back to us.

We will examine it to make sure it was not mishandled or poorly cared for.

Once approved, we will ship you a new piece or provide you with a credit to buy any other jewelry on our online store.

Things we don’t cover include:

• Lost or stolen jewelry
• Jewelry that has been clearly mishandled (broken).
• Not following our care instructions (see care instructions below).

Remember, Jewelry needs much love as possible. With proper care they will last a lifetime!
