Shipping and Return

Returns & Exchange or Refund:

All items are carefully quality controlled before being shipped to customers. Should you receive a damaged item or not happy with the product, please check the Return or Exchange Process below.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return or Exchange Process

You may return the item within 14 days of its arrival for exchange or refund.

1. Email with your order number in the subject. Describe the issue with photos attached.

2. Pack the item securely in the original package and ship back to us (The cost of returning your item to us is at your own expense unless you received an incorrect item).

3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the exchange or refund will be fulfilled to the same original method of payment.


Back Order Items:

All back-orders/out of stock jewelry are usually in stock within 2-4 weeks.

If an item in your order is on back-order or out of stock, your entire order will not ship until all items are available. Please contact us immediately if you need your items sooner than the pre-order date so we can ship them separate.
